1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with TravelIndia Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book with us.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
- You receive a written confirmation from us via email
- The required deposit or full payment has been received
- All necessary passenger information has been provided
2.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
- Full payment must be received 30 days before the departure date
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment
- We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, and cash
2.3 Price Validity
Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, prices are guaranteed except in cases of government tax changes or significant currency fluctuations.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.
4. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date)
- Necessary visas and permits
- Valid travel insurance
- Required vaccinations and health certificates
TravelIndia Tours is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.
5. Changes to Itinerary
5.1 By TravelIndia Tours
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
- Weather conditions affecting safety
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Operational requirements
In such cases, we will provide the best available alternative. Significant changes will be communicated immediately, and refunds will be issued if the alternative is not acceptable.
5.2 By the Customer
Changes requested by customers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before departure.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Arrive at designated pickup points on time
- Follow the tour guide's instructions and safety guidelines
- Respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers
- Not engage in illegal activities
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour
- Take care of provided equipment and facilities
We reserve the right to remove any passenger who disrupts the tour or endangers others, without refund.
7. Health & Safety
- Passengers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect the tour
- We recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage
- Some tours may have age or fitness requirements
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from passenger negligence
- Emergency contact information must be provided at booking
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Our Liability
TravelIndia Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations beyond our control
- Personal injury or illness
- Force majeure events
8.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal liability
9. Complaints and Disputes
If you have any complaints during the tour, please inform your tour guide immediately so we can address the issue promptly. For unresolved matters:
- Submit a written complaint within 14 days of tour completion
- Include booking reference, dates, and detailed description
- We will investigate and respond within 30 days
- Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts
10. Photography and Marketing
By participating in our tours, you consent to:
- Being photographed or filmed during the tour
- Use of such images in our marketing materials
- Publication on our website and social media
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the tour.
11. Force Majeure
TravelIndia Tours is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures or accidents
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
