We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfers, and cash payments at our office. For international bookings, we also accept PayPal and wire transfers.
We require 30% advance at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund. However, you can transfer your booking to another person or reschedule to a future date (subject to availability and a small rescheduling fee).
Our all-inclusive packages include comfortable AC bus transportation, quality hotel accommodation (as per package category), daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner as per itinerary), professional tour guide, all monument entry fees, and specified activities. Absolutely! Many of our travelers are solo adventurers. You will share accommodation with another solo traveler of the same gender, or you can opt for single room supplement for private accommodation.

Pack comfortable clothing suitable for the season, walking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, personal medications, camera, power bank, and any specific items mentioned in your tour confirmation email. We recommend packing light as you will carry your luggage on/off the bus.
